You know that feeling in the steering wheel you get when you back up and it feels like the car wants to trade ends?
It's called a ground loop, and it can happen to some airplanes. Because the turning wheels are behind the center of mass, it's happening to this vehicle too.
Shopping carts are the same way. They're stable because the swivel wheels are in front of the center of mass.
